In order to ensure that roof windows keep their attractive appearance over many years, it is important to devote some time to maintaining them every now and then.

After a few years, you may find that the window needs touched up or repainted. This can happen if there is a lot of moisture in the air or if the window is used frequently.
Firstly, remove any damaged paint by gently sanding the window down. Afterwards, remove any dust before applying a water-based paint.

Please pay special attention that the paint does not come in to contact with the gasket.
